The hotel is in a strategic location, allowing easy access to the city center and major market places. Rooms are neat and tidy, and the premises have a relatively new appearance. The staff is friendly and treated me as family, going out of their way to make my stay memorable, which I enjoyed.
The hotel denied entry to 60+ years old parents who had booked online, citing underpayment by the website. Even after agreeing to pay extra, they were made to wait outside for almost an hour at 8 pm, and asked to check-in in another hotel.
